1. Remove battery pack from speed saw.
2. Place wrench in tab on depth adjustment ring.
3. Depress spring-loaded tab.
4. Lift depth adjustment ring off tool.

MAINTENANCE

Remove the battery pack from the machine before
maintenance.
Do not use strong solvents or detergents on the plastic
housing or components.

Before inspection and maintenance, please switch off and
take off the battery pack!
1. GENERAL MAINTENANCE: Avoid using solvents
when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible
to damage from various types of commercial solvents and
can be damaged by their use. Use clean cloths to remove
dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.

When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use
of any other part could create a hazard or cause product
damage.
1. BITS: Get faster and more accurate cutting results by
keeping bits clean. Remove all accumulated build-up
from bits after each use. Replace bits when they become
dull.
The bit flutes are sharp and should be handled with caution.
1. COLLET: From time to time, it also becomes necessary
to clean the collet and collet nut. To do so, simply remove
collet nut and collet from the shaft and clean the dust and
chips that have collected. Then return collet nut to its
original position. Tighten collet nut on collet without a bit
installed.
