Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING
Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock,
unplug the product before cleaning.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock! During cleaning do not
immerse the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product
under running water.
Cleaning the removable air filter
NOTICE
Clean the removable air filter at least every 2 weeks.
NOTICE
Do not clean the filter with water warmer than
104 °F (40 °C).
•
Open the front grill (U) and remove the filter.
•
Pull out the -filter on the right side.
•
Rinse the filter thoroughly in warm water with mild detergent.
•
Gently shake off the excess water from the filter and air-dry it.
•
Put the filter back in the main unit and close the front grill (U).
Cleaning the main unit
•
To clean, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
•
Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers,
metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
