• Turn the blade clamp screw clockwise with the provided hex key wrench until tight, and
visually check that there is no gap between the blade clamp and the blade. The wrench
can be stored in a special slot inside the battery door.
NOTE: For increased safety, remove the blade when the unit is not in use. The blade can be
stored on the magnetic holder, marked "Blade Storage," on the side of the saw head when
not in use.
Removing the blade
• Insert the provided hex key wrench in the blade clamp screw on the left side of the saw
head. Loosen the screw 5-8 turns by turning counterclockwise.
• Remove the blade by pulling it out through the opening in the front of the saw head en-
closure. The blade can be stored on the magnetic holder, marked "Blade Storage," on the
side of the saw head when not in use. The wrench can be stored in a special slot inside the
battery door.

To turn tool ON
Slide the thumb switch on top of the handle FORWARD. While holding thumb switch
FORWARD, squeeze the trigger switch (under the handle) to start the unit. See Figure-2.
You may release the thumb switch once the unit is running.
To turn tool OFF
Merely release the trigger switch. The thumb switch will snap backward to prevent the trig-
ger switch from being accidentally depressed.
