DRY OPERATION
Proceed as in WET OPERATION section but do not connect the water hose.
Vacuum Pickup – Uses GTC-DPA assembly and BFN-152S nozzle as shown below. Use
GTC-721, GTC-721G or GTC-821 series shafts.
Flexible Shaft (GTC-721)
Connect to AWT
Air Flush – Connect a second compressed air line to the water inlet on the machine. All
flexible shafts can be used with an air flush.
CAUTIONS
1.
Use the machines wet or dry – not both.
2.
Flexible shaft minimum bend radius: 18" (457mm). Keep shaft as straight as
possible at all times.
3.
Do not allow water to freeze in unit.
AFTER USE MAINTENANCE
1.
Disconnect air and water supply lines.
2.
Drop a small amount of oil into air inlet, reconnect air line and run unit
for 2-3 seconds.
3.
Follow instructions found in the Flexible Shaft Manual for shaft storage.
