•
Under no circumstances a defective grinder, support wheel or grinding material can
be used as it may cause injuries and material loses.
•
Remove the plastic plug from the air inlet opening (Pos.3) and assemble a nipple
with 1/4" external thread.
•
Before switching on the tool make sure that the grinding material is correctly
assembled and the grinding pad (Pos.1) is properly tightened. Use perfectly suitable
grinding material only.
•
Assembly of the grinding pad (Pos.1) and the grinding material. - The grinder must
be disconnected from the compressed air supply system. Screw the grinding pad
down to the last thread and make sure that it is properly secured. Place a suitable
Velcro sandpaper disc on the grinding pad and hold it under pressure for a few
seconds, until it is properly secured.
•
During operation of the tool the sandpaper must be directed towards the treatable
material. If during idle-running of the tool, sandpaper disc is in a lifted position, it
may disunite from the tool, causing injuries or material loses.
•
Check air pressure and, if necessary, adjust it so that the tool would operate at the
required pressure and speed. Adjustment of the pressure is performed by use of the
compressor or separately installed pressure regulator and the speed is adjusted be
means of the regulator (Pos.5). Specification of the tool complies at 6 bar pressure.
•
Do not apply too much or too little pressure when sanding to make maximum use of
the sandpaper's sanding ability.
•
Handle the machine with care at all times. Careless handling can result in damage
to the inner parts of the machine and the casing may crack. This may cause the
machine to lose its effect and no longer achieve the promised values.
Check-out: Lubricating is important in oder to reduce noise and vibration level. In case
of continuous use of the tool is should be cleaned and checked at least 2 times a yea.
