Adjusting Magnet Strength
To insert the 3D Magnet Plus into the UHP 3D Plus headpiece you will need to:
1.
Remove the color cap using the 3D Color Cap Removal Tool.
2.
Remove the existing magnet from the magnet well.
3.
Orient the arrow on the magnet in a general upward direction using the 3D Color
Cap Removal Tool.
4.
Attach the color cap.
If you note retention issues, it may be because the arrow on the magnet is not oriented
in the recommended direction. If retention issues persist following use of the highest
strength magnet option, contact Advanced Bionics Customer Service.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Use a soft cloth to clean magnets. Do not use solvents.
