TROUBLE SHOOTING
Should you have any problem with you cleaner, follow this simple
check list before calling the Agency Customer Service Centre:
A. Dust escaping from vacuum
Empty dirt cup and review Dirt Cup removal / Replacement and review
Filter Removal and Cleaning.
B. Brush bar does not turn
Clear/remove debris from brushroll.
C.
Vacuum tools won't pick up
Empty dirt cup and remove both filters / Clean and remove and
reattach.
D. Poor suction
Reinstall dirt cup make sure lid is closed completely / Remove both
filters and clean/ Review Filter Removal & Replacement/ Charge
battery/ Clean or replace filter/ Remove filter and clean/ Turn off the
unit and then disconnect the nozzle to remove debris.
E.
Vacuum running warm
Clean filter, rinse, dry and re-assemble/ Locate clog and remove
F. Vacuum won't run
Charge battery for up to 3 hours. The indicator lights will pulse while
charging and turn off once fully charged/
