If the fryer is in use and an accidental shutdown occurs, the fryer will return to its pre-pow-
er failure state as long as power is reapplied within 30 minutes.
2. Display failure mode.
• E1 is displayed: The NTC is open.
• E2 is displayed: The NTC is Short Circuit.
