10. WARNINGS
- Do not operate the softener without having read and understood the Instruction Manual.
Prohibit the installation of the device near heat sources, or take heat protection measures
when it is installed near heat source. It is also forbidden to connect the device to a hot
water pipe to avoid equipment deterioration.
- If the raw water does not meet the standards of tap water, such as the concentration of
sediments or if the content of residual chlorine exceeds the correct one, you must add a
team that performs its pretreatment. (Such as a filter or a dechlorinator, etc.).
- During service, please check the brine tank regularly to make sure there is brine inside.
And when adding salt, please make sure the volume of salt should be within 2/3 of the
height of the tank. When less than 1/3 is left, please add salt in time. Attention: Make sure
the salt dissolving time is more than 6 hours in order to make the brine properly saturated.
- Use salt of more than 99% purity. Do not use any salt with impurities or large tablets.
- If the equipment is not going to be used for a long period of time or the inlet water
pressure is unstable, close the general inlet tap and disconnect it. Before using the
equipment again, first carry out a regeneration cycle by manual operation in order to
guarantee the quality of the softened water.
- When you use the softener for the first time or the device is idle for a long period of time,
it is normal for the water to initially come out slightly yellow. In this case, use the equipment
after 2 to 3 minutes of rinsing.
- Sometimes the brine in the brine tank forms a bridge plate. That is, it leaves a space in
the brine that prevents the salt from dissolving and hinders the regeneration of the resin. It
is suggested to check the salt tank regularly, and dissolve the salt plate.
