In- all- of- the- cases- described- here- above,- the- alarm- LEDs- on- the-

PROBLEM
The- integrated- pH- controller- has- two-
alarm- states- (HI/LOW),- which- are-
ORP mV
reached- when- a- value- outside- of- the-
LOW
range 6.5 – 8.5-pH-is-found.-When-the-
system-identifies-an-enabled-alarm,-the-
700
metre-pump-is-disenabled.

AUTOMATIC MODE:
On-the-other-hand,-the-integrated-ORP-
controller- has- one- alarm- state- only,-
ORP mV
which- is- triggered- when- the- values-
exceed- > 850 mV.- The- system- stops-
HI
the- electrolysis- process- when- this- limit-
700
is-passed.
Setpoint
There- is- no- water- flow,- or- the- flow- is-
insufficient.
ORP mV
IMPORTANT:- the- in-out- valves- of- the-
electrolyte- cell- must- always- remain-
open.

MANUAL-MODE:

mode.- Production- only- ceases- when-
the-ORP-reaches-999-mV.

SOLUTION
In-this-case,-the-chemical-values-for-the-
water-need-to-be-adjusted-manually-by-
adding-chemicals.-
If-there-is-excess-chlorine-in-the-water,-
cease-all-bathing-activities-and-replace-
some-or-all-of-the-water.
Make- sure- that- the- valves- are- open-
and/or- that- the- flow- of- water- is-
sufficient.
Make- sure- that- no- lead- has- been-
detached- from- the- cell- or- inside- the-
control-box).
Deaerate- the- electrolyte- cell,- using- the-
air-vents-on-same.
This is not an anomaly, the- alarm-
signal- will- cease- when- the- system- is-
returned-to-"AUTO"-mode.
If-there-is-excess-chlorine-in-the-water,-
cease-all-bathing-activities-and-replace-
some-or-all-of-the-water.
Remove-some-water-and-top-up-again.
Add- 500- g- salt- and- wait- for- half- an-
hour;- if- the- message- does- nota-
disappear,-repeat-the-operation.
