must always be fully unwound and its position may not interfere with the operation of product. Laying of power cord cannot result
in tripping hazard. Power outlet should be located in such a place to allow always the possibility of quick disconnecting the plug
of power cord supplying the product. When disconnecting the plug of power cord always pull the plug housing, never the cord.
If the power cord or plug is damaged, disconnect it immediately from the mains and contact an authorized manufacturer's service
centre for replacement. Do not use the product with a damaged power cord or plug. Power cord or plug cannot be repaired, in
case of damage to these components, replace them with new ones without defects.
Recommendations for using the product
WARNING! The bowl and the lid may be hot after use. Do not touch them as it poses a risk of serious burns. Wait until the product
components cool down. If it is necessary to carry these elements before they cool down, grasp them only with handles intended
for that purpose. Use gloves that protect against the eff ects of high temperature.
Make sure that the fl oor next to the place where the product is used is not slippery. This will prevent the risk of slipping, which
may cause serious injuries.
Food products placed in the bowl must not protrude above the bowl's edge. The edge of lid and bowl must remain in contact with
each other at full length.
When preparing meals, observe them all the time and prevent burning. Foodstuff s remained unattended may be burned, which
may cause a fi re or severe burns.
The lid should be carried using only handles. The lid is fi tted with a fuse that cuts off the power supply. The fuse is activated by
lifting the lid handle. If during the product use it is needed to lift the lid, fi rst unplug the power cord before lifting it. Under the lid
there is a heater that emits high temperature. High temperature can cause serious burns, fi re and can damage other surfaces
exposed to its eff ects.
The lid should not be put aside by placing it directly on any surface. This will prevent any damage to the surface and the product
itself due to high temperature. The lid should always be placed on the base supplied with the product. The lid put aside should
have a power cord disconnected and a handle raised.
While preparing the inside of the chamber and dishes themselves, you may touch them only with the use of tools made of such
materials that will withstand the temperature produced by the product. It is forbidden to use for this purpose your bare hands.
If any food waste remains during or after preparation of a dish, it should be removed before preparing next dish. Food waste may
be burnt, thus generating a smoke, unpleasant odour, and also aff ect the taste of a dish prepared. They may also cause a fi re. To
remove it, use tools made of wood or plastics withstanding a temperature produced by the product. Do not use sharp tools made
of metal. Such tools may damage a surface of the bowl and accessories.
PRODUCT HANDLING
Product installation, start-up and handling
The product should be unpacked, completely removing all packaging components. It is recommended to keep the packaging, it
may be helpful for subsequent product transportation and storage.
Wash the product according to instructions contained in "Product Maintenance" section.
Place the bowl on the base (II).
Put food products inside the bowl. Cover the bowl with the lid and make sure that the lid's edge adheres to the bowl's edge or the
ring's edge. Lower the lid handle.
Make sure the switch of the product remains in "OFF" position. Time and temperature control knobs should be set to "Off " position.
Plug the product's power cord into a product and then into a mains socket.
Set the operating temperature using the "TEMP" control knob.
Set the operating time using the "TIME" control knob
The product will start up which will be signalled by the "POWER" and "HEAT" control lights. Also operation of fan will be audible
and the halogen heater will be visible.
The "TIME" control knob is mechanically operated and independent of the product's power supply. After setting, it will start to count
down the time and turn automatically towards "OFF" position. The current position of the knob shows how many minutes are left
before the end of work. You can freely change the knob's position (within operating range) during the set time. Reaching "OFF"
position will be indicated by an audible signal, both lights will also go out.
After food has been prepared, fi rst disconnect the power cord from the mains socket and then from the outlet in the product cover.
Then carefully lift the lid by the handle and put it aside on the rack (III). Leave it in this position to cool down completely.
Note! On the inside of the lid, steam could have condensed during the cooking, which may be hot. Be careful when lifting the lid
and avoid body contact with water, which can cause burns. It is recommended to place the lid's rack in a fl at container, e.g. in a
tray, which will make it easier to keep the workplace clean.
Carefully remove the food from the bowl. Leave the bowl to cool down. After all the product's elements have cooled down, proceed
with maintenance.
Note! If it is necessary to fi nish the work before the set time has elapsed:
- switch the "TEMP" knob to "OFF" position,
- switch the "TIME" knob to "OFF" position,
