General safety and warning instructions
Attention: This product is not a medical device!
WARNING!
• This product is intended for private, non-commercial household use.
• This electronic product should not be left in the hands of children! Therefore, keep
it out of reach of children.
• Never look directly into the UV light beam (especially from a short distance).
• The disinfection process may only be started with the lid closed.
• Do not drop the product or expose it to strong shocks.
• The product can become damaged if handled incorrectly.
• Do not insert any objects into the connections or openings of the product unless the
operating instructions explicitly state so.
• Do not disassemble the product into its individual parts. The unit does not contain
any user serviceable parts. Improper handling can lead to electric shock and mal-
function.
• Clean this product only using a lint-free, ever so slightly damp soft cloth only and do
not use any aggressive cleaning agents. During cleaning, take special care that no
water/liquid/moisture gets into the product.
• Never expose the product to high temperatures or extreme cold.
• Keep the product away from open fire.
• Stop using the product if plastic components become cracked, broken or warped.
• Never try to replace the UV lamp, as it is an integral part of the product.
• Only use the product in indoor areas.
• Protect the product from moisture, water, rain or snow.
• Please note that only the upper part of the toothbrush is disinfected. Toothbrushes
should therefore always be adjusted with the head facing upwards.
• Do not cover the product or parts of the product in order not to endanger the ster-
ilization process.
Important safety notes on the built-in battery
• The battery is permanently installed in the casing. It cannot be replaced.
• Do not touch leaking batteries without protective gloves, as there is a risk of crosion
and injury.
• Leaking battery fluids are highly corrosive, and may seriously damage objects or
surfaces they come into contact with.
• When disposing of the product, please note that it contains a rechargeable battery.
• Never throw the product into fire and keep it away from heat sources and direct
sunlight. as they may explode or cause a flame hazard
• Do not operate the spotlight in its packaging as there is a risk of fire.
