Troubleshooting
Fault
Power indicator is not lit, fan is not working and there is no welding output.
Power indicator is lit, fan does not work and there is no welding output.
Fan is working, welding current is not stable or out of required voltage
range
Fan is working and indicator is not lit, there is no welding output.
Fan is working normally, indicator is lit, but there is no welding output.

Possible Solutions
A. Make sure power switch is "on".
B. Make sure the input cable has power.
A. 220v power is not stable (input cable possibly low in voltage) or input
cable is not securely connected.
B. Turn power switch off and on again as possibly the protection circuit has
kicked in It may be necessary to leave for 5-10 minutes to allow a reset.
C. Check Plug is firmly connected to a working power source.
A. Quality of 1K regulation resistance could be faulty, requires replacement.
B. Terminal of output not making a secure connection.
A. Check all components for poor connections.
B. Check voltage between power source board and IGBT board
A. Possibly the over-current protection is operating, switch off machine and
leave for 5 to 10 minutes, try again.
B. Possible inverter circuit fault;
(1) IGBT is faulty, replacement necessary.
(2) Possibly secondary rectifier tube is faulty, replacement necessary.
D. Feedback circuit could be at fault.
