The first electrical connection of the Machine must be made by a
specialized technician while the subsequent connections will be made by
the Customer.
Operation
Before proceeding with the initial start-up, the specialist technician must

Commissioning
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE MACHINE BE SWITCHED ON
WITH NO LOAD. THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
Proceed as follows to commission the machine:
- Make sure that the main switch is off;
- remove the lid and pour the prepared drink into the tank according to
the manufacturer's instructions;
- make sure you have inserted the plug into the socket;
- press the main switch to start the machine; the product inside the tank
starts to be mixed.

position the thermostat at the required temperature to heat the
product contained in the tank.
On machines equipped with LCD display, it is possible to visually verify
the achievement of the temperature of the product inside the tank.
Cleaning and MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and maintenance of the machine must be carried out
with the main switch in the -OFF- position and the plug disconnected
from the socket.
Attention: Before carrying out any cleaning operation, let the machine
cool down properly.
Attention: the use of abrasive sponges is absolutely forbidden. and/or
metal for cleaning the machine and its components; use only a damp
cloth and/or sponge.

Before carrying out any operation related to the cleaning and the
machine maintenance, wear personal protection
(gloves, glasses, etc.) which are established by the safety regulations in
force in the country where the machine is used.
When carrying out cleaning or maintenance work, apply the following
- wear safety gloves;
- do not use solvents and flammable materials;
- do not use abrasive and/or metal sponges for cleaning the machine and
its components;
- take care not to disperse liquids in the environment;
- do not wash machine components in the dishwasher;
- do not use a conventional and/or microwave oven to dry parts of the
machine;
- do not immerse the machine in water;
- do not spray the machine with direct water jets;
- use only lukewarm water and a sodium hypochlorite sanitiser diluted in
water for cleaning.
Cleaning and sanitization are operations that must be carried out
regularly with the utmost care to ensure the quality of production and in
compliance with the necessary hygiene standards.
