To assemble backrest, insert pole into backrest support
by depressing pushbutton and sliding into receptacle tube
until it locks into place. Repeat for second pole (Figure 4).
7.
Insert backrest into base by depressing pushbuttons and
sliding supports through both receptacle tubes. CAUTION:
Backrest must be locked and secured in each receptacle
tube (Figure 5).
8. Place legs with suction cups into bath tub.
Commode Feature
To use the commode feature:
1.
Remove the lid from the bucket.
2.
Position the bucket under the seat and push the bucket in
from the front of the bench.
3.
After use, pull bucket out from the front side. Empty the
contents and clean immediately.
Leg Height Adjustment
1.
Before use, adjust the height of each leg to your specific
needs, making sure all legs are at the same height. When
your desired height is reached, lock legs into place by
aligning buttons with holes until they snap into place.
2.
Make sure legs are locked into place by pushing down or
by pulling up on legs.
Maintenance
Periodic visual inspection of this transfer bench is recommended to ensure that all
parts and hardware are secure, that components are in good working order and not
worn, torn, frayed, or loose, and that there are no obstructions or impediments to
normal, safe operation. If any part or mechanism appears to be unsafe or damaged,

Cleaning
1.
Clean with regular household cleaning products. Use a non-abrasive cleaner with
warm water. Wipe dry after cleaning.
2.
DO NOT use abrasive powders, cleaners or scouring pads.
