Open the cover of the back side of the tool,
and then place the battery according to
the electrode indication. Remember to put
back the battery cover.
Please use two 1.5v AAA size alkaline
batteries for this device (for rechargeable
battery, the 1.2V AAA size Ni-MH
rechargeable battery can be used only.)
Note: Remove the battery when you are
not using the instrument for a long time.

1. Switching On and Off
Under the shut-sown status, to press
button long time, the device can be
started and enter into stand-by mode for
measurement.
Under the power-on status, to press
for long time to shut down the device.
While there is no further button operation
for 300 seconds under the power-on
status, the device shall be shut down.
