TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom
Machine turns on but it does not draw
any water or there is not sufficient
pressure.
Spray nozzle leaks.
Outlet pressure increases suddenly.

Possible causes
Power nozzle is too high from the
water source surface.
Hose filter is blocked.
The users garden hose is not well
connected to the machine.
Hose adapter looses.
The filter screen is missing.
Pump, hose, or other parts are frozen
due to outside temperatures.
Hose kinks.
Fixing nail of the spray nozzle loosens.
Spray nozzle is blocked.
There is water remaining in the lance
and pump after stopping.
The battery pack is not attached well.
Battery pack is empty.
Defective battery.
Additional air could be sucked into the
machine.
It is at low pressure setting.
Battery pack is empty.

Solution
Lower the machine below 1.5m.
Take out the hose filter and rinse the
parts with clean water.
Check and reattach the garden hose
tightly.
Tighten the hose adapter securely with
a spanner.
Contact service agent to get a filter
screen.
Wait for the pump, hose or other parts
to thaw.
Straighten out the hose.
Tighten it with a hex key.
Replace with a new spray nozzle.
Drain all the water completely before
storage.
Reinstall the battery pack.
Replace with a new battery pack or
recharge the battery pack.
Replace with a new battery pack.
Check connection between the hose
adapter and the hose.
No action need.
Replace with a new battery pack or
recharge the battery pack.
Remove the spray nozzle and turn on
the machine. If the machine works
normally, replace with a new spray
nozzle.
Drain all the water completely and
then put the inlet hose in the water.
