Mounting Solar Panel
IMPORTANT: For the best results, select a location with full and direct sunlight. If installed in a shady area, the battery may not fully charge,
resulting in the reduction of working hours.

Mounting solar panel using
mounting bracket
□ Raise the wall mount bracket (EE) to mounting location
and drive solar panel mounting screws (KK) in to secure
the bracket. The spacing between the screws should be
3 1/8 in. Do not overtighten the screws.
□ Screw the solar panel (BB) shaft into the wall mount
bracket (EE).
□ Adjust the solar panel by loosening the thumbscrew
so the solar panel points in the direction that will provide
maximum sunlight. Do not overtighten the thumbscrew.

Connecting the tethered cable
□ Connect one end of the tethered cable
(CC) to the shop light (AA) and the other
end to the solar panel (BB).
NOTE: We recommend installing solar
panel in an accessible location so that
adjusting the angle can be easily done.

Mounting solar panel using
ground stake
□ Insert the ground mount stake (DD) to the ground. Form
a hole in the ground or apply plenty of water if installing
product into hard or dry soil. Don't force the stake into the
ground as excess force can break or bend the stake.
□ Screw the solar panel (BB) shaft into the ground mount
stake (DD).
□ Adjust the solar panel by loosening the thumbscrew so
the solar panel points in the direction that will provide
maximum sunlight. Do not overtighten the thumbscrew.
NOTE: When installing product in hard or dry soil,
water the soil several hours prior to installation. You
can also break up the soil lightly with a stake or fork.
Don't try to force stake into the ground as this
can break or bend the stake.
