8.1.

Erecting the tool cabinet

Make sure that the erection location is suitable for the tool cabinet.
The fl oor must be able to bear safely the weight of the tool cabinet
including the permissible load on the tool cabinet.
At least 2 persons must be employed to transport the
tool cabinet to the erection location. Where necessary,
use suitable lifting gear.
erect the tool cabinet on a level and stable fl oor.
use a spirit level to align the cabinet .
insert packing shim wedges as necessary .
WARNING
Risk of injury due to the tool cabinet tipping over.
If the tool cabinet weighs < 150 kg and the load on each drawer is
> 35 kg, there is a risk of it tipping over.
Anchoring the tool cabinet to the fl oor → see chapter 8.3.

