Filling the system
A. Shut-off in return
1. Connect the hose connectors and hoses to the filling and flushing valves
(B and C).
2. Open the filling and flushing valves and close the shut-off (A).
3. Fill the system with solar liquid via the upper filling valve (B).
4. During filling, verify that all connections are tight.
5. Close the lower shut-off valve (C) as soon as solar liquid escapes there.
6. Apply pressure to the system.
7. Close the upper filling and flushing valve (B).
8. Open the shut-off (A).
9. Vent the system (see chapter "Venting the system").
10.Set the two ball thermometers to 0° position.
11. Fit the upper part of the insulation onto the product.
12.Make sure the pipe insulation reaches into the corresponding recess of
the insulation of the product.
