Electric Barbecue Use instructions
Never use charcoal or other solid or liquid fuels to operate the bar-
becue.
Always keep in mind that the barbecue surfaces and the heating ele-
ment become very hot during operation. Even after switching off the
heating element, it must not be touched until it has sufficiently cooled
down, otherwise there is a danger of burns.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, the heating element and the power
cord must not be immersed or placed in contact with liquids.
Do not allow the power cord to touch the hot parts of the appliance.
Always remove the plug from the power outlet in the event of a mal-
function, before cleaning, maintenance and after use.
16. Before moving, transporting or storing the grill, make sure it is
sufficiently cool. Pour the remaining water after use.
Make sure the grill is not stored outdoors. Or anywhere else where it
could be subject to extreme temperatures or high humidity.
This barbecue is designed exclusively for domestic use and not for
commercial applications.

Assembly and operation
Remove the packaging.
Check that the product is intact and that all the components are present.
Clean all components as indicated in the specific "Cleaning" section.
Fill the tank with water, taking care not to exceed the MAX indication.
Place the heating element in the appropriate housing.
Attention: the product is equipped with a safety system that will not allow the ignition if the heating
element is not correctly positioned. Fig.B
Attention: the heating element must never touch the water and the metal tray.
Place the grill at the desired height.
Insert the plug into the socket.
Set the heating element control knob to the "Max." Position. The indicator light comes on and the heating ele-
ment is permanently lit.
When switched on for the first time, the grill may emit an unpleasant odor and a small amount of smoke. We
therefore recommend heating the barbecue for about 5 minutes without food.
After about 5-10 minutes, the heating element should reach the right temperature for grilling.
The grill can also be used to keep food warm: turn the temperature control knob to a lower position, the heating
element will turn on and off alternately, and then the food can be kept warm.
The water initially placed in the appropriate container will evaporate during use. So be careful not to let the water
run out, but top up continuously. Be careful not to pour water on the heating element.
