Preparation
Unpack and check for shipping damage.
Complete unit shown below (Fig. 1). Unit has
been pre-assembled and tested for function and
air leakage.
1. Install air cylinder in threaded casting, hand
tighten.
2. Install short air line from L fitting (C) to L
fitting (F) on air cylinder.
3. Insert air line by pushing firmly into plastic
1/4" opening on the valve.
4. Install shop air supply line (E) in fitting (C).
5. To disconnect hoses, simply squeeze
connector and pull hose out.
6. Attach old compressor frame to new air cylinder assembly
with allen head bolts provided.
7. Attaches quickly and easily to your frame. (Frame not
included)
