Safety & Warranty:
· Before usage you should always check whether the device is damaged. If this is the case, do not
operate the device and feel free to contact your catering supplier to work towards a solution.
· Always first fill the pan with water before connecting the device to the mains. You cannot use the device
without a pleasant amount of water. Indication: fill the pan 50 to 65% with water, depending on how much
food you would like to prepare in the pan. So keep in mind that the vacuum sealed food will raise the
water level. Usage without water could cause serious damage to the device (and it's parts) and therefore
danger. To prevent this situation, you should check the level of water each 20-30 minutes and if needed.
Installation & Operation:

A. POWER OFF: power-on "twisted" short noise into the POWER ON, the temperature screen show
"OFF", the time screen is not bright, without output.
B. POWER ON: short press "switch" key, "twisted" short sound, temperature, and time screen flash to
show the setting of the last time, short press the settings key, into the working state.
C. Operating status: after powering on, short press the settings key, into the working state, when heating
tube work, heating light "HEAT" is always on; when use the menu setting, the corresponding menu light is
always on; when it reaches the setting temperature, the time screen began to count down.
D. Ajustes: Press and hold the settings key to enter the settings state, at this time the temperature screen
"00.0" flashing, the time screen does not flash; short press "" to adjust temperature parameters; each
press the "o" key, it will adjust + - 0.1 ℃; After completing the temperature setting, then press the
setting key to confirm.
2. Two Control Mode
A. Menu mode of operation: in the power-on state, press the menu key M1 to M6, corresponding to the
menu light shining, temperature and time flashing to show the pre-stored set temperature and time, then
the short "setting" key, confirm this menu function into the working state, temperature, and time. The
screen no longer flashes, the corresponding menu light is always on, delay 2 seconds relay snap-in, and
DC12V output.
B. Menu mode of operation: in the power-on state, short press "settings" key, temperature, time digital
tube flashing display memory set time and temperature, and then short "settings" key, confirm the start,
into the working state, temperature and time screen no longer flashing, no menu light, delay 2 seconds
relay snap, and DC12V output.
