PROBLEM
Unit fails to heat up. The status indi-

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Unit is not plugged in.
Household circuit breaker /ground
fault interrupter has tripped or
blown a fuse.
Unit is damaged or otherwise in
need of repair.
Boiler is empty.

Mineral build-up in unit.
Unit is damaged or otherwise in

Water level in boiler is running low.
Mineral build-up in unit.
Water condensation in steam hose
or steam hose is cold.
Unit is not heated to full operating
temperature.
Accessories not properly installed.
Microfiber pad is dirty.
Hard water residue on floor or old
soap residue remaining.
SOLUTION
Plug the power cord into an
electrical outlet.
Reset circuit breaker / ground fault
interrupter, or replace fuse. If you
need assistance contact a licensed
electrician.
Immediately cease usage and
unplug. Contact consumer service
for further assistance.

Point steam hose towards sink, tub
or ground and shake while pressing

until excess water is released.
During use the steam hose will heat
up and remove the condensation.
Wait until the status indicator
turns to green.
Check to make sure that accessories
are properly connected, per proce-
dures on page 8.
Replace microfiber pad with a clean
one.
Switch to distilled or de-mineralized
water. Old soap residue should go
away after a few passes.
