5. MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning and maintenance, always
switch off the machine and remove the
mains plug from the mains.
Clean the machine casings regularly with a soft
cloth, preferably after each use. Make sure that
the ventilation openings are free of dust and
dirt. Remove very persistent dirt using a soft
cloth moistened with soapsuds. Do not use any
solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, ammonia, etc.
Chemicals such as these will damage the synthetic

The water inlet fi lter (3) must be inspected
regularly, so as to avoid blockage and restriction of
the water supply to the pump.

When the nozzle is clogged, it may cause failure.
The nozzle can be cleaned by inserting the
'cleaning pin' (13) into the tip to remove fi lth.
Storage and frost protection
The high pressure cleaner and accessories that are
not completely drained can be destroyed by frost.
Completely drain the high pressure cleaner and
accessories and protect them against frost.
Keep the high pressure cleaner in well-ventilated dry
premises with temperature not going below +5
MALFUNCTION
Should the machine fail to function correctly, a
number of possible causes and the appropriate
solutions are given below:
1. When switched on, the machine will not start
working.
