WARNING
• Never add a pillow, comforter or padding. Use only the seat
provided by 4moms®. The 4moms® newborn insert may be used
with this product.
• If your baby cannot sit in a reclined or upright position or has
special needs, check with your doctor about when to start using
this product.
• Never use this product as a car seat.
• Do not use product near water. Do not use the base or power
supply if either has been exposed to liquid.
• Do not place product in any location where there are cords, such
as window blind cords, drapes, phone cords, etc. Strings can cause
strangulation. Do not place items with a string around your child's
neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords while using product.
• Do not suspend strings over the product or attach strings to toys.
Do not hang toys from the toy bar other than those provided by
4moms® for use with this product.
• Cords can cause strangulation. Keep power cords away from baby.
• Only use the power cord provided.
• Do not use product without the fabric seat cover.
• For indoor use only.
