TIMER
The Timer fi eld (15) can be used both to
adjust the preset time for the programmes,
and to set a PRESET function.
Adjusting Cooking Times
After selecting the programme (see the
"Programmes" section), touch the Timer
fi eld once. Then use the fi elds + (14) and
– (12) to set the cooking time you want.

The cooking times can be set in
1-minute increments. If you press
+/– constantly, quick scrolling is
activated.
The maximum settable cooking
time is 4 hours.

Once the set cooking time has elapsed,

tomatically switches on the keep-warm

PRESET FUNCTION

In the device, you can set a PRESET time
which allows the programme to start at a
later point in time. For example, if the de-
vice should start with the set programme 6
hours from now, I set the PRESET function
to 6 hours.
To do this, proceed as follows:
After selecting the programme (see the
"Programmes" section), touch the Tim-
er fi eld (15) twice in succession to switch
to the PRESET function. Then use the
fi elds + (14) and – (12) to set the PRESET
time you want.

The PRESET function can be set in
30-minute increments. If you press
+/– constantly, quick scrolling is

activated.
The maximum settable PRESET
time is 24 hours.
Touch the ON/OFF fi eld (13) or guide your
hand roughly 20 cm above the control
panel of the closed rice cooker (7) (con-
tactless swipe function) to start fi rst the
PRESET time and then the preselected
programme.
Once the set cooking time has elapsed,
you will hear a beep and the device au-
tomatically switches on the keep-warm
function (see the "Keep-Warm Function"
section).

KEEP-WARM FUNCTION

The device switches on an automatic
keep-warm function for 2 hours after each
programme ends. bb is shown on the
display (9).
To end it prematurely, touch the ON/OFF
fi eld (13).

CHILD LOCK

During the cooking process, it is possible
to activate a child lock which locks all the
functions on the control panel.
To do this, touch the fi elds + (14) and
– (12) simultaneously for approx. 2 sec-
onds until you hear a beep. The child lock
is now activated.
To unlock it again, touch both fi elds again
for approx. 2 seconds until you hear a
beep.
