Level III Weld thermoplastic plastics, PVC floors, fabrics coated with PVC protection layers, PVC awnings
and PVC films.
Bend plastic pipes and plates.
Weld tin, featured silver solder, SMD-building components and cable terminals, and melt tin-
soldered seam joints.
Loosen rusty or fixed nuts and tight bolts.
Remove paint, old and thick oil layers or paint layers and lime slurry.
Sterilize and quickly disinfect livestock sheds by using 600DEG C hot air. Besides, the heat gun
can be used for effectively resisting the invasion of wood worms. (Attention: Risk of Fire! Do not
overheat the surface of wood.)
If you cannot make sure the correct setting, please firstly perform low-temperature setting and then
gradually increase the temperature till the optimum effect is achieved.

1. Make sure that the tool is shut down and the nozzle is cooled.
2. After the used accessories fall off, objects may be ignited. The accessories shall be installed on a firm
machine.
3. Serious scalding may be caused if the extremely hot nozzle is touched. The accessories shall not be
installed or replaced until the machine is fully cooled.
4. The extremely hot nozzle may ignite the base. The nozzle which has not been cooled can be put on a
heat-resistant base only.
5. If incorrect or faulted accessories are used, reverse flowing of hot air may be caused and the machine
may be damaged. Special original accessories for the machine in the table are only allowed to be used.
Instructions
Always follow safety instructions and applicable laws and regulations.
Hold the tool with one hand. Do not put the other hand at the air vents before operation.
Install correct accessories for application goals.
Set the required air temperature.
Startup and shutdown
If the heat gun is required to be started up, push the switch to 1/2/3. At the beginning of startup, a little of
smoke may rise from the heat gun and this situation is normal.
If the heat gun is required to be shut down, firstly adjust the temperature to be the lowest for cooling and
then push the switch to 0. Do not move or store the heat gun until the heat gun is cooled.
Goal
Protect glass when adhesive films on window frames are
stripped off.
Solder pipes.
Weld and shrink films (small-area heating).
Dry and melt (large-area heating).
Scrape off paint to brighten the surface.
