How long does it take for a spa session?

What temperature should the water be set at?
In winter, between 25° C et 32° C and in summer between 30° C and 34° C.
Between 25° C and 37° C you can stay in the water for as long as you want.
Between 30° C and 35° C you will be at the upper temperature zone of the internal body temperature, so do not stay
for more than 15 minutes in the spa. You will be able to get out feeling very tired.
