SMART FAST CHARGE MODE (FAST SCS):
Fast charge mode has the same SCS (SMART CHARGE SYSTEM) feature but
provides much more current compared to slow charge. It is indicated when the
batteries are discharged and there is little time to charge them. Its functioning
consists of operating from 20% to 35% of the programmed current until the
voltage reaches 14.4V, remaining in this stage for approximately 10 minutes.
When charging is complete, the power supply goes into float mode, supplying
13.8V continuously until another schedule is started or the power supply is
turned off.

OF THE CYCLE OF
SMART CHARGING
OBSERVATIONS
▪
Always prefer slow charging. It provides less battery wear, preserving
their performance and increasing their useful life.
▪
During the charging process, if the power supply is turned off or the
batteries are disconnected, the charging cycle and elapsed time will be
restarted.
▪
The smart charging process is pulsed and is constantly analyzing the
voltage and current values of the battery, so it is normal for the fan
speed to vary. It is also normal for the displayed voltage to vary rapidly,
and may be higher or lower than the configured one.
