Solution
Press the right handle ON/OFF
button to enter standby mode
in order to control it with the
controller.
If there's no display, please
replace the button batteries
CR2032 in the remote control
with the new ones.
If the rechargeable battery is
low, please charge it.
Check that the USB cable is
plugged in place when
charging; the massager
charging LED lights up when
the cable is correctly connected.
Check that the USB cable is
plugged in place.
Confirm the specification of the
input power supply.
The electrodes of the massager
must be in direct contact with
the skin of the cervical spine.
Please remove or separate
these items.
The default state of the
massager after switching on is
the lowest intensity, and you
need to adjust the intensity;
some customers may also
increase the intensity
appropriately based on their
needs.

Check for a history of skin
allergi es. For minor allergies,
shorten the massage time,
and discontinue use and
require desensitization
treatment first for severe
allergies.
Wet the skin and the electrode
surface with a damp towel.
Please use every other day
after a late night due to a drop
in electrolytes.
Please remove or separate
accessories and hair.
Press firmly against the skin
and adjust to the appropriate

Clean the electrode surface.
