Carga de la bobina en la máquina.

Chargement de la bobine sur la machine.

Abrir la ventana de acceso (Ver 3.3).
2.
Colocar una nueva bobina de film en el eje portabobinas (A) de manera que el extremo del film salga por la
parte superior derecha de la misma.
3.
Sujetar el extremo de la banda de film y pasarlo de manera envolvente por debajo del rodillo (B) y por
encima del otro rodillo (C).
4.
A continuación, introducir el film hacia el centro del aro de la máquina por el orificio del aro protector.
5.
Cerrar la ventana de acceso y pulsar el botón RESET (Ver 6.4).
Importante: Para el buen funcionamiento de la maquina, se han de insertar los tubos de las bobinas hasta el fondo
de los portabobinas, a fin de evitar posibles desperfectos en elementos internos de la máquina.
Plasticband recomienda trabajar con dos bobinas simultáneamente y mantenerlas siempre con
aproximadamente la misma cantidad de film a fin de evitar que la maquina se mueva al girar a alta velocidad.
1. Open the access window (see 3.3).
2. Put in a new stretchfilm reel in the reel dispenser shaft (A) leaving the end of the stretchfilm going out by its
upper right side.
3. Tie the end of the film and turn it around under the pre-stretch roller (B) and above the other pre-stretch roller
(C).
4. After that, introduce the film to the machine ring centre through the hole in the protector ring.
5. Close the access window and press RESET button (see 6.4).
Important: For the proper functioning of the machine, insert the de coils tubes to the end of the spool holder, to
prevent possible damage to internal components of the machine.
Plasticband recommends working with two coils simultaneously and keep them with approximately the same
amount of film in order to prevent the machine from moving while turning at high speed.

2. Placer une nouvelle bobine de film sur l'axe porte-bobine (A) de façon que l'extrêmité du film sorte par la
partie supérieure droite de celui-ci.
3. Fixer l'extrémité de la bande de film et il passer d'une manière enveloppante au-dessous du rouleau (B) et
au-dessus de l'autre rouleau (C).
4. Ensuite introduire le film jusqu'au centre du plateau de la machine par l'orifice du capot de protection.
5. Fermer la fenêtre d'accés et appuyez sur le bouton RESET (Voir
Important: Pour le bon fonctionnement de la machine, insérer les tubes de bobine au fond du porte-bobines, pour
éviter d'endommager les composants internes de l'appareil.
Plasticband recommande de travailler avec deux bobines simultanément et les maintenir avec environ la même
quantité de film afin d'empêcher la machine de se déplacer tout en tournant à haute vitesse.
