Select economic mode by pressing the rotary knob once when the
economic cooking icon ( ) appears on the touch screen on the special
functions menu. (see Fig. 21)

After setting the temperature and cooking time as in the cooking menu,
you may start cooking. The recommended temperature is 100 °C. It may
be set from 45 °C to 240 °C. The maximum operating time is specified
as 8 hours.
Keep Warm Mode
This function is used to keep the oven warm.
Press twice on the menu on the touch screen to select the special
functions menu. (see Fig. 22)
