Possible Cause
The Dust Container Lid is not closed�
The Dust Bag is not installed to the Self-empty Station�
Manually move Robot to the Self-empty Station will not

Robot returns to the Self-emptying Station running Video
Manager in the App�
Do Not Disturb mode is enabled in yeedi App�
The Dust Bag is full�
If the possible causes are excluded, it might be a
component malfunction�
The Self-empty Dust Bin is not installed�
The Dust Bag is full�
The Self-empty Outlets on the Self-empty Dust Bin is
stuck by debris�
Dust Evacuation Tube is blocked�
Fine particles are absorbed inside the Dust Container
through the Dust Bag�
The Dust Bag is damaged�

Solution
Close the Dust Container Lid�
Install the Dust Bag and close the Dust Container Lid�
In order to make sure Robot starts Self-emptying
successfully, avoid picking up and moving the Self-
empty Station during the cleaning�
This is normal�
This is normal� Disable Do Not Disturb mode in the
App, or start Self-emptying manually�
Replace the Dust Bag and close the Dust Container Lid�
Please contact customer service�
Please install the Self-empty Dust Bin with two Self-
empty Outlets on the bottom�

Uninstall the Self-empty Dust Bin and clean the debris
