INSTRUCTION MANUAL
APPLICATION
The hot air gun may be used to melt or soft
the paint and/or plastic material. It may also be
applied to remove old paint, bend plastic tubes,
change tiles, repair cell phones, for the cars
body, to defrost the fridge etc. While using it,
selecting the correct temperature and the right
distance, and it won't harm any other objects.
USE OF PROGRAMS
I.
Turn on the hot air gun starter first, set
the switch to low mode (2) or high mode
(1), the wire will gradually turn red. It may
emit a little smoke and that is because the
electric wire coated with a yellow oil layer
is anti-rust. The smoke soon disappears.
The use of the hot air gun is not harmful.
II.
If the engine does not rotate when it is
running, we must reset the switch to zero
and disconnect from the power outlet to
automatically send the tool to the point of
sale or the manufacturer for repair.
III.
Allow the pistol to cool in a safe place and
out of the reach of children and then pack
correctly.
FUNCTIONS
Remove paint
The temperature increases as the gun is used to
dry the paint on the work surface. A scraper or
spatula must be used to remove the paint.
Note that there are many types of paint and not
all react in the same way to the heat of the gun,
some types will need more time or a higher tem-
perature than others.
Bend tubes
Allows to bend several types of water pipes. The
heat allows the pipe in question to be more mol-
dable. We must bend it and keep it in the desi-
red position until the tube returns to its natural
temperature.
Fixing shrink-wrapped plastic
We use the heat gun to ensure that the film is
correctly fixed around the product. Firstly, focus
the gun on the plastic from a relative distance
and bring it closer as the work time passes.
In this way we will avoid overheating the film.
