3. Locking the Triggers
a. Determine which style back canes and trigger were provided with the chair by checking
the images in Fig. 33 & 34.
b. Ensure the chair is locked by pushing on the back handles.
c. Insert the pin, attached to the trigger by a lanyard, into the hand trigger hole (Fig. 33:A &
34:A).
d. Ensure the trigger no longer releases the tilt locks by gently squeezing the trigger and
pushing on the back canes to tilt the chair.
