• Attach the illumination systems (e.g. 2 halogen
lamps HAL 100, Fig. 2/9 and 11) to the
transmitted light (Fig. 2/3) and reflected light
mount (Fig. 2/2), respectively, of the microscope
and fix them using the corresponding clamping
screw (Fig. 2/1 and 10).
• Connect the three-pole lamp plugs (Fig. 2/7 and
8) of the two lamps to the rear of the Power
Supply (Fig. 2/6): transmitted light illuminator to
the lower socket TL, reflected light illuminator
to the upper socket RL.
• If the microscope is provided with a remote
control connection socket (e.g. Axio Scope.A1
or Axio Examiner), connect the microscope
stand
