6 What to do if....
• ...the trimmer cannot be switched on?
– Is the battery dead? Charge the trimmer using the mains adaptor.
• ...the cutter head plucks hair?
– The cutter head must be cleaned and oiled as described in the „Cleaning and maintenance"
section.
– If this does not improve matters, the cutter head should be replaced; orders can be placed
with the Customer Service.
• ...the LED charge indicator does not light up?
– Clean the charging contacts.
– It is possible that the mains adaptor is not properly connected.
• ...the trimmer switches off by itself?
– The battery is dead. Charge the trimmer in the charging station or using the mains adaptor.
It can also be operated using the power cable.
• ...the battery charge running time is significantly shorter than beforehand?
– The cutter head must be cleaned and oiled as described in the „Cleaning and maintenance"
section.
• ...the battery cannot be charged any more?
– Please contact the provided service address.
• ...the cutter head is damaged?
– The cutter head must be replaced, please contact the provided service address.
