ly turn off. When done frying, remove the drawer from the machine and place it on a flat
heat-resistant surface, then remove the frying basket from the drawer by releasing the
protector and pressing the basket anchor button.
To ensure even cooking/browning, open the basket drawer halfway through the cooking time.
Lift the frying basket out of the drawer to rotate or shake food. Once you're done, put the
basket back in the drawer. The timer will pause the countdown when the drawer is opened
and the air fryer will stop heating until the drawer is replaced and the countdown continues.
