7. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children,
unless they are over the age of 8 and supervised.
8. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under the age of 8.
9. Check that the cord is not hanging over the edge of the table.
10. Do not place the appliance on or near hotplates, open fire or the like.
11. CAUTION: Do not open the container while the appliance is on.
Wait until the blades no longer move!
12. CAUTION: The blades are very sharp, so be careful when cleaning!
13. The knife blades must not be re-sanded.
14. CAUTION: In order to avoid any hazard, this appliance must not be supplied
through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a
circuit that which is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
15. Always examine appliance, cord and plug for damage before use.
16. For extra protection, it is advisable to install a fault current switch (HFI / PFI
/ HPFI relay circuit) of max. 30 mA. Contact a qualified electrician for advice.
17. The appliance is for domestic use only.
18. If the appliance is used for any purpose other than the actual, or if is not
operated according to the operating instructions, the user is fully responsible
for any consequences. Any damage to the product or anything else
consequently is therefore not covered by the warranty.
19. Do not move the device while it is on.
20. Do not turn on the coffee grinder when the container is empty.
This may damage the engine.
Cleaning / Maintenance:
· Make sure to always clean the coffee grinder immediately after use.
· Be very careful when cleaning. The blades are VERY sharp.
· Never clean the inside of the coffee grinder with
water and avoid lowering it into water.
· Clean the inside of the container with a soft, dry brush.
