CHANNEL SCAN:

Press [VFO/MR] key for more than 3 seconds to turn on the channel scan. When a
matching signal is received, the scan will stop if it previously programmed scan type. Press
any key to turn off the scan function.
[FUNC] KEY:
1.- Press [FUNC] key and then [ENT] key to lock and unlock the radio's keypad.
2.- With the keypad lock function is on, while press and hold the [FUNC] key, rotate the
channel selector knob to enter the settings menu.
3.- Press [FUNC] key and [CALL] key to tur on the FM radio.
[MENU] KEY:
The available setting menus may differ by the transceiver programming, please consult
your distributor or salesperson for more information.
[MENU] key operation:
1.- While pressing [MENU] key, "MENU" will be display.
2.- Press [ENT] key to enter the setting menus.
3.- Rotate the channel selector knob to select the desired menu.
4.- Press [ENT] key to enter to menu, use the channel selector knob to select the desired
parameter and press [ENT] key to save.
5.- Press [VFO/MR] key to exit.
 Priority channel scan:
To available this function, your distributor or salesperson will previously programme a
priority channel. If the channel 1 as programmed a priority channel, the scanning
sequence will be: 1-2; 1-3; 1-4; and so on.
Press [MENU] key, then press [ENT] key. Rotate the channel selector knob until "PRI?" is
displayed, then press [ENT] key to start scanning from the priority channel. When a
matching signal is received, the scan will stop for 5 seconds. Press any key to turn off the
priority channel scan function.
 VOX function:
The VOX function (Voice operated transmission) is disabled by default.
Select the "VOX?" menu.
Options: 9 levels of settings.
 Transmitting power selection:
Select the "POW?" menu.
Options: H (high) and L (low).
 Setting the squelch level:
Select the "SQL?" menu.
Options: 9 levels of settings.
