Restriction of operators

• This appliance may only be operated by persons who are familiar with the con-
tents of these operating instructions and have the necessary physical, sensory or
mental faculties. Persons under the influence of alcohol or medication or persons
who do not possess the necessary faculties are only allowed to use the appliance
under supervision.
• This appliance is not intended for use by children. The appliance and its connect-
ing cable, attachments (blades are sharpened!) as well as packaging materials/
adhesive tapes (risk of suffocation) must be kept away from children.
• This appliance may be used by children of 8 years and older and by persons with
limited physical, sensory or mental faculties or with a lack of experience and/or
knowledge, if they are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the
appliance and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children
without supervision.

Charger
• An electrical appliance is not a children's toy. Children do not recognise the dan-
gers associated with electrical appliances. Therefore, keep the appliance out of
reach of children.

• Remove the battery when replacing the attachments!
• Only switch on the appliance when the mixer is placed in the receptacle.
• Only connect the charger to alternating current, with voltage
according to the type plate on the appliance.
• The appliance may only be immersed in liquids up to the level
of the separation between housing and handle (marking 1).
