7.6. NATURAL SOUNDS
7.6.1. When the current time displays on the LCD screen, press the Time Button once to
choose natural sound duration from10-60 minutes.
7.6.2. Press the Talk Button for about 3 seconds to start the countdown and play the
natural sounds to help you fall asleep. Once time has counted down to 0, the sounds will
stop.
