Note: Depending on the model purchased, you may have to place the
supports 10 and fix them to the main body of the hood using the
screws 9, both supplied.
g) Open the hood glass and remove the aluminum filter, from inside the
hood insert screws 6 (5 x 50 mm) into the corresponding holes and
screw them into the holes with plug C.
2. Installation of the extensible evacuation tube (not supplied)
a. Insert one end of the extensible tube into the hood's air outlet and
secure it to it using a metal clamp (not supplied).
b. The other end must be inserted into the smoke outlet hole of the
kitchen, if the hole is larger or there are gaps between the extensible
tube and the smoke outlet hole, you must cover the possible leaks with
a specific glue.
c. To prevent loss of suction, avoid sharp angles or double inverted
angles as much as possible (Figures 7 and 8).
