Frequently asked questions
Q: The TV screen "Waiting for connection" in the right corner?
A: 1.- Check if the power supply of the transmitter and the switch (if used) is connected, and make sure
all the connection is correct and OK.
2.- Check and make sure that the receiver's channel number is within the transmitter's channel list.
3.- Check and make sure that all the transmitter channels are different.
Q: TV screen "Check transmitter input signal"?
A: 1.- Check if there is an HDMI signal input from the transmitter;
2.- Try connecting the signal source directly to the display device to see if there is a signal output from
the source device, or change the signal source, HDMI cable and try again.
Q: The screen is not smooth, not stable?
A: Check and make sure your switch is with IGMP function and IGMP function is open.
Q: Black screen or no picture on the screens?
A: Cut the input from the source device, if the TV shows "Check the input signal from the transmitter"
after about 10 seconds, please reconnect the source, change and try another resolution.
