Large volume container
If fitted, first remove the suction filter from
the suction system.
Insert the suction system of the Titan device into the coupler.
Fit the enclosed 1.8 m-long return hose to the material return
on the Titan device and suspend the other end of the hose
through the hose holder in the large container.
Fill the container with a maximum of 80 litres of the
coating material to be processed.
Open the ball cock.
Switch on your Titan device as described in the respective
operating instructions.
Cleaning
The container is not resistant to scratches.
Do not use tools with sharp or pointed
edges for cleaning.
Pump any remaining coating material into the original container.
Uncouple the container connector and clean under running
water.
Rinse out empty container with water hose and clean with a brush.
Open and close ball cock several times with water running
through.
Bag support with pressing roller or sack mangle
(accessory)
Assembly
A) (Fig. 2)
1. Take off lid.
2. Place bag support (1) on container (2).
3. Fix bag support with the two splints (3).


B)
1. Place bag on support such that the face end is facing the
opening.
2. Cut sack open.
3. Allow the coating material to flow into the receptacle.
Danger of crushing
Do not place hands under the roller.
Attention
4. Place pressing roller or sack mangle on rear end of bag and
roll forwards several times over the bag.
5. Strip remaining coating material from sack opening with
a spatula.
