A töltő működésének ellenőrzése
A töltő rendeltetésszerű működésének ellenőrzésére célszerű egy töltési folyamatot indítani, és
megfigyelni, hogy a kontroller LED visszajelzője milyen színnel világít.
1. A kontroller visszajelző lednek kék színnel kell folyamatosan világítania, ha még nem
csatlakoztattunk semmit a töltőhöz.
2. Csatlakoztassuk az autót egy autó töltő kábel segítségével a töltődobozhoz.
3. Indítsuk el a töltési folyamatot, ekkor a kontroller LED visszajelzőjének folyamatosan zölden
kell világítania.
4. Állítsuk meg a töltési folyamatot az autóból type 2 esetén vagy a kábel autó felőli oldalán levő
gomb megnyomásával type 1 esetén és ellenőrizzük, hogy a LED visszajelző folyamatos kékre
vált-e.
5. Húzzuk ki a töltőkábelt először az autóból, majd a töltődoboz csatlakozójából is.

General description

The Tracon Electric Electric Vehicle Charging Station (TECS301) is a single- or three-phase charging
device that allows a wide range of electric vehicle batteries to be charged universally. Due to the IP44
degree of protection of the unit, the charger can be installed and used both indoors and outdoors, its
installation is permanently connected and fixed. When the charging cable is plugged into the vehicle,
the charging connector is electrically locked, this lock is only released when the cable is disconnected
from the vehicle.
Functions of the devices installed in the charging station
The charger does not have a built-in circuit breaker, so it must be installed separately by a specialist
in accordance with current standards!
The TVO-F3-4M consumption meter can be used to monitor the total
amount of energy used to charge vehicles. In single-phase use, the
unused two-phase indicator LED on the front of the instrument
illuminates, which is not a problem in operation. In addition to the
consumption meter, there is an EVOG4P4003 type "A" residual current
circuit breaker with a rated current of 40 A and a fault current of 30 mA;
its function is to protect against electric shock. The EVOHK4-63
contactor is responsible for the reliable high-power switching on and
off of the charging circuit. The TDA-1B-2 circuit breaker protects the
controller and contactor from overcurrent due to a circuit failure. The
function of the TEC-SLR control unit is to limit the charging current set
on it in the direction of the charging connector and to automatically
detect the 6 mA DC leakage current required by current standards and
to switch off the circuit if it is exceeded. During installation, the
maximum charging current can be set by removing the control unit
cover. Make sure that the set value does not exceed the load capacity of the wires used to assemble
the circuit. Microswitch 5 must always be switched on, as this will switch on the DC 6mA sensor and
the circuit breaking function!
The charger does not support the forced ventilation check function. The use of adapters and
converters is prohibited! The charger may only be installed, commissioned and repaired by a
specialist in accordance with current regulations! When connecting the ferrule connection cable,
only the connection screws at the supply points may be used. Disassembly and modification of the
electrical connection of the fittings and protective devices in the box is strictly prohibited and will
invalidate the product warranty. All screws must be retightened annually! The function of the circuit
