4.1 Hydraulic oils
Any branded oil complying with the DIN group H-LP25 (DIN 51525) or the ISO viscosity
group 32 (DIN 51519) can be used for refilling and/or changing the hydraulic oil.

5.2. Ordering spare parts
The ordering of spare parts can be done through the customer services department of our
own works or through our customer services branches. We recommend that the following
information is supplied:
- Type, serial no. and year of manufacturer of the equipment
- Spare part no. and nomenclature according to the spare parts list
- Total items
- Order number
- Complete invoice and dispatch address
- Type of dispatch
On arrival of the dispatch, please
- Check the completeness and condition of the delivery and
report any errors immediately
- In the case of damage in transit, any claim for replacement should be
made against the haulier
In the case of guarantee claims and customer services requests,
the serial number of the equipment should be provided.
