Anschlussplatte montieren
– Dichtungsring einsetzen.
– Flansch (a) seitlich an Modul ansetzen.
– Koppelelement (b) von vorne aufschieben.
– Mit zwei Schrauben anziehen.
Max. Anzugsmomente:
BG1: 0,5 Nm
BG2: 2,5 Nm

BG4: 3,0 Nm
Befestigungsbügel montieren
Werden Einzelgeräte zu einer Kombination
verblockt, müssen zwischen den Einzelgeräten
Befestigungbügel verwendet werden.
❚ Befestigen Sie die ersten zwei Befestigungs-
bügel an den äußersten Verblockungschnitt-
stellen.
❚ Verteilen Sie alle weiteren Befestigungsbügel
gleichmäßig über die Verblockungsschnitt-
stellen der Gerätekombination. Beachten Sie
hierbei nachfolgende Tabelle:

VORSICHT
Gefahr bei falscher Einbaulage
und Durchfl ussrichtung
Filter, Filterregler und Öler in War-
tungseinheiten oder als Einzelgerät
nur in senkrechter Lage einbauen.
Die auf den Modulen gekennzeichne-
te Durchfl ussrichtung beachten:
Einlass: 1 (IN)
Auslass: 2 (OUT)

CAUTION
Wrong installation and fl ow
direction are potentially haz-
ardous.
Install fi lters, fi lter regulators, and
lubricators in maintenance units or
as individual units only in vertical
position.
Adhere to the fl ow direction marked
on each module:
Inlet: 1 (IN)
Outlet: 2 (OUT)
Assembling the subbase
– Insert sealing ring.
– Place fl ange (a) onto the side of the module.
– Push on coupling element (b) from the front.
– Tighten with two screws.
Max. tightening torque:
BG1: 0.5 Nm / 4.4 in.lbs.
BG2: 2.5 Nm / 22 in.lbs.
BG4: 3.0 Nm / 26,6 in.lbs.
Assembling the mounting strap
If single devices are assembled into blocks to
form a combination, mounting clips must be used
between the individual devices:
❚ Fasten the fi rst two mounting clips to the
outermost block assembly interfaces
❚ Distribute the rest of the mounting clips
equally among the block assembly interfaces
of the device combination. Observe the follow-
ing table in so doing.
