START/PAUSE: Press this button to start the cooking process, the
blades icon will appear next to time and temperature, the fryer will
start its function.
If during cooking you need to change the temperature or time, press
the Start/Pause button, change the required settings and press the
Start/Pause button again to restart cooking.
PROGRAM: This mode is used to program the fryer to cook
automatically and unattended.
MENU SELECT: used to select the menu, press as many times
as necessary to reach the desired menu. The menu will flash
simultaneously with the start/pause button until the latter has been
pressed to start the preparation.
The time and temperature for the 11 default menus are as follows:
